  • Are IL Beauty products sold at any other retailers?
    • No, at this time all sales are through the IL Beauty site.
  • Can I purchase specific products in the kit?
    • At this time, you are not able to purchase individual products from the kit. However, we are constantly making updates and will let you know when refills and other products become available. 
  • Are your products clean and cruelty free?
    • Absolutely! All of the IL Beauty products are: *Paraben-Free   * Hypo-Allergenic * Allergy tested * Cruelty free * Non- comedogenic * Fragrance Free.
  • I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
    • All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States and Canada is 3-6 days. We’re unable to ship Internationally at this time. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. Please refer to our shipping policy. 
  • What method is used for shipping?
    • All packages are shipped via USPS.
  • Can I sharpen the eye liner pencil that comes with IL Beauty eye kits?
    • No, this is a re-trackable pencil making it easy to apply.
  • How can I get in touch with your customer service team?
  • I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
    • We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. 
  • Do you offer returns?
    • All Sales Are Final! Should you receive any defective or damaged products please reach out to customer care within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll happily replace it for you. 
  • I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
    • Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at support@ilbeauty.tv with your inquiry.
  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    • No, but you should! Become an IL Beauty insider and be the first to know about give-a-ways, new products and exclusive updates. 
  • Do you ever do giveaways?
    • Yes! We run give-a-ways through the website and our IG page @inspiredliving.tv Make sure to follow us there in order to participate. 
  • Can I change my order once I've placed it?
    • No, once you place an order it is final.
